Q.  How long will it take for the carpets to dry and when can we walk on them.
A.  Two hours drying time all carpets are ready to walk on when we have cleaned them.

Q. Do you test the fibber on the carpet before you clean them.
A.  Yes we pre test all fibbers before work starts to identify the make up of the fibber to see if it is cleanable.

Q.  Are you in the ncca and do you have insurance.
A.  We are members since 2003 member No 1377 and we are fully insured.

Q.  Do you vacuum the carpet before you clean them.
A.  Yes we pre vac and pre spay after  our inspection and fibber identification test.

Q.  Do we need to do any think before you clean in the house or office.
A. Our professional team will do all the cleaning we ask you to remove any items that are breakable from the area we are cleaning.

Q. How do we now if the item is cleanable.
A. Before work starts we carry out tests and we advise you on any issue however at this point if we are unable to clean we do not charge

Q. What is pure water cleaning.
A. Pure water cleaning is better than any normal method because the purity of the water we rinse out your fibbers with to make them ph pure neutral.
